DTR Medical Ltd manufacture sterile single-use disposable medical devices for use in surgical and healthcare procedures. Our products are used in ENT, Neuro, Vascular, Gynaecological, Orthopaedic, Ophthalmic Surgery and Endoscopy.

	We have our own production facilities with fully equipped ISO 07 (Class 10k) cleanrooms and accreditation to ISO9001:2000, ISO13485:2003, MDD93/42/EEC. We supply over 250 NHS Trusts and the major private sector health care providers We offer custom packs for Sterile Services Departments. We distribute the MicroMedics ENT range and Labotect laparoscopy products

	The company specialises in providing medical professionals with high quality innovative single-use sterile instruments that deliver patient and clinical value, combined with exceptional levels of service. As an experienced medical device manufacturer for many specialties, DTR Medical Ltd handles design files and CE marking. In addition, to 200 DTR Medical products, the company contract manufactures over 100 sterile medical devices and custom packs for other medical device manufacturers. Technical Expertise
	The company has established relationships with UK and international suppliers, and it controls its own warehousing and distribution.
DTR Medical operate its own 10,000 square foot production facilities with ISO 07 (Class 10K) cleanrooms equipped to handle Nelipack thermoform blisters, flow wrapping, shrink wrapping and vacuum packing. The facility also has specialist expertise in handling liquid filling of medical devices and related products. It is manned by an experienced and fully trained team.

Products & Services

DTR Medical employs over 35 people, involved in sales, marketing, customer service, quality and production, mainly at the Swansea facility.

DTR Medical branded single use sterile surgical instruments for use in selected surgical specialties including: - ENT, Neurosurgery, Vascular, Gynaecological Orthopaedic and General surgery. We also supply Endoscopy and Sterile Services Departments.

The product range includes; Zoellner, House, Frazier and other suction handles, Silicone Slings, ENT trays used for examination under a microscope. Spackman Cannula, Klerzyme enzyme cleaner, and isolation drapes.

Custom packs including cut silicone tubing, tube adaptors and clamps are produced for a number of Sterile Services Departments.

DTR Medical also distributes MicroMedics ENT range including Silverstein Microwicks for drug delivery to the inner ear. The company also handles selected Labotect laparoscopy products from Germany.

In addition, the company contract manufactures sterile medical devices for other suppliers. This includes CE marking, assembly, packing and sterilization.

DTR Medical is constantly expanding its product range and services and was recently awarded the Medi Wales Award (left) for outstanding growth and acheivement.
